Everyday Spirituality: Cultivating an Awakening is meant to help people bring spirituality more fully into their daily lives. For those interested in spiritual awakening, it can help them create a space for that opening, although nothing can make a spiritual awakening happen.

This book is full of down-to-earth tips and practical ways to be more mindful and loving in your life.

If you’re just starting out, the ebook offers tips to build a spiritual path that works within the confines of your busy life.

If you need to heal, this book has a section that offers different ideas and practices to heal everything from your heart to your sexuality to your mind’s constant chatter.

If you’re ready to go deep, the Awaken section takes you further into yourself to amplify your energy and create space for deeper connection and potentially an opening into a profound experience.

For those already in a spiritual awakening, this can help to build a framework to understand your energy and what may be happening for you.

Above all else, this is a work that’s meant to help you understand yourself and pull together a lot of the different spiritual traditions that are available into something meaningful in your life. Ultimately, we are all our own greatest teachers; this book helps you to discover your own inner teacher.

Jim Tolles is a spiritual teacher, healer, and writer. He teaches from a wide mix of spiritual, religious, and philosophical influences, including Christianity, Buddhism, Sufism, yogic teachings, sects of Hinduism, and other major religions and paths. His methodology is also influenced by contemporary teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, and others.

He encourages those who work with him to find their truth among the many beautiful religions, philosophies, and spiritual paths. Hence, his first self-published book, “Everyday Spirituality: Cultivating an Awakening” encourages such an attitude. Ultimately, he believes that we are all our own greatest teachers, and he helps students and the many people who come to him for advice to go within to find that inner teacher.

Jim Tolles is a spiritual teacher who helps people to grow, heal, and embrace their spiritual paths.

Jim had a spiritual awakening in August 2007 and has been through an inner roller coaster ride of healing and spiritual growth, dropping away issues as he has moved more deeply into peace and love. The greatest of the shifts came in the 4th, 5th, and 6th years after awakening and truly consumed his life during those times. The intensity of the energy has since subsided into a more relaxed inner flow. Jim continues to grow and be guided by the divine flow while also relaxing into the beautiful oneness and perfection of each moment.

Jim teaches his students that we all have our truth and love within us by pointing students towards their innate divine oneness. He offers tools to help people cut away their lies and misconceptions so that they can be more firmly rooted in truth and love. He works with students on an individual basis via Skype, as well as offering free online talks via livestreaming on YouTube.
