The NEW Spiritual Chakras: and How To Work With Them by Elizabeth Joyce (Author)

Is it possible that all the knowledge of the universe is stored within us? Within in the atoms, molecules and cells that becomes our physical living self and each living moment, molded in our genes and DNA? Are we then able to process our cellular memory and DNA automatically and unconsciously with our brain? In this century we have come to believe that it is possible and that there may be a way to “access” this universal knowledge through a lost system which perhaps the ancient wise men had developed and applied to answer the fundamental questions:

  • Who are we?
  • What are we?
  • Where do we come from?
  • I believe the answer to further soul development lies between these pages. At least it is a step to knowing and accessing other worlds and universes, finding a way to have compassion, forgiveness, and finally to walk the path of balance, health, fulfillment, helping others, and embracing our differences without judgment. We can raise our consciousness to highest levels by developing an overall worldview, by embracing a world that transcends illusions. Doing this will overcome even the final hurdle of inner consciousness—its first shock of separating and the split.

This is the first duality of the whole of consciousness and manifests in our right/left hemisphere split. How do we transcend that highest of inner rifts? We do so by putting the wisdom of the right hemisphere, its connective consciousness, above the left-brain’s lower separation consciousness. The former evolves from realizing, accessing, and opening our new spiritual chakras. The later evolves a purely mathematical, mechanical dominating worldview. We really need to make accessing our higher self, our second consciousness, instead of the other way around. Then we can connect what is most separate and harness the mechanical Third Dimension reality for the benefit of our life and those around us.

We grow and our consciousness expands as well as our spiritual gifts. Although this information has been with us all along, we are now able to, for the first time in eons, access these energies and apply them to ourselves by working with our Spiritual Chakras. This is an invaluable gift for us, as well as for others. Perhaps we have found one of the answers to creating harmony within, leading to World Peace!

    Look Inside

The NEW Spiritual Chakras and how to work with them with Elizabeth Joyce

We can raise our consciousness to highest levels by developing an overall worldview, and by embracing a world that transcends illusions. Doing this will overcome the final hurdle of inner consciousness — its first shock of separating and the split. The later evolves from a purely mathematical, mechanical dominating worldview. We really need to make accessing our higher self our second consciousness, instead of the other way around. Then we can connect what is most separate and harness the mechanical Third Dimension reality for the benefit of our life and those around us. We grow and our consciousness expands as well as our spiritual gifts.

We are now immersed in challenging the root and core paradigm of modern science—that nature functions essentially mathematical. The world is at war on many levels. Chronic disease is on the rise. Violence pervades the Middle East. Animal agriculture is taking a devastating toll on ecosystems everywhere. Economic exploitation has become usual. Earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, and other symptoms of climate change are becoming common occurrences. Every twenty minutes another species of plant or animal becomes extinct. Every year, fifteen million children die of hunger. Proponents of genetically modified foods claim that they can solve this crisis, while hiding data about the destructive effects of these elements on the human body, health and environments. This has now become serious and dangerous, especially to our children.
In order to know how to “heal consciousness,” we first need reliable means to know what it is to “heal” and to have “consciousness” or to become “conscious.” A new energy arrived on December 21, 2012 allowing all humans to access the higher dimensions through the NEW spiritual chakras. We need to understand that new energies are available to everyone on this planet to raise our vibration levels, and hence, raise our consciousness. How can this be accomplished? All the details are here for you to begin the work.

The Way of Shiva and Buddha – Sadhguru

A questioner wonders, what is the difference between the way of Buddha and of Shiva? Sadhguru answers, it is not a question of difference, rather, of which aspect of Shiva that Buddha explored. He describes the way in which the spine of the spiritual process offered by Shiva was spread through the work of Agastya Muni, Buddha and others.

Awaken Interviews Donna Quesada – How Kundalini Yoga Is A Method To Awaken

David Welch: How is Yoga generally, and Kundalini Yoga specifically, a means and a method to awakening?

Donna Quesada: Because Kundalini Yoga offers specifically, a technology whereby we set up the physical conditions for awakening. So, as an analogy, just off the top of my head…say, it’s time to go to bed. You want to set up the conditions to better get a good night’s rest. So, you’re more likely to fall asleep if you lie yourself down and set the temperature the way you like it…close the blinds and make it dark and that sends the right kind of message to your brain…your brain starts to produce melatonin when it gets dark. And when this is habituated, your body starts to behave accordingly. You’re more likely to fall asleep. As opposed to getting on a tread-mill…you’re less likely to get to sleep.

What we are doing in Kundalini is akin to that. We are setting up the physical conditions for Awakening. Because as I explain in my video which you just posted on Awaken…there is really an energetic component to what we are doing in yoga. There’s the visible stuff where we see people in poses and people doing funny breathing exercises. But what is happening is…we are unblocking energetic blocks which allows the energy to move in such a way that it facilitates the experience that we call “Awakening.

In this video, professor, author, healer and Yogini, Dhanpal/Donna Quesada, speaking from her home, discusses advanced Yogic philosophy in a straightforward way. She makes clear how the spiritual practice of Yoga—culminating in the Kundalini awakening—relates to living and to dealing with stress. In other words, why do we want to raise the kundalini?

    http://www.donnaquesada.com
    http://www.presenceyoga.org

Or, we have other fancy names for it like, Self-Realization. Or, Samadhi, which means, the state of no separation. Non-distracted awareness. Presence. Samadhi. God Realization. Wholeness. Oneness. We have so many names for this experience. But that is the key—it has to be experienced. We can read all the books on our bookshelves and we can have Ph.Ds, proclaim ourselves masters of writing and intellectual understanding, and we’ll be no better off. And so, there is an energetic component to that experience…or, what facilitates that experience. And when the energy rises—what we call Kundalini rising—we set up the conditions for the experience of oneness. So, Yoga is a tool for that. All forms of Yoga.

David: A brief description of Hatha Yoga?

Donna: Hatha Yoga. The sun and the moon. Where we are balancing those opposites. You’re getting into that energetic component. Where you are balancing the yin and the yang. The sun and the moon. The heat and the coolness. So, within our bodies…within our spiritual vessels, we are creating balance. And in that state of balance, we experience a kind of harmony. A kind of Awakening.

    David: And Bhakti?

Donna: Bhakti is devotion. That’s the Yoga that is closest to my heart. To me, this is what appears at first to be so elementary, but what is, in fact, the most difficult and sophisticated form, in my opinion. Because to truly surrender—and that is what Bhakti requires—to truly surrender the self, is what all spiritual practices challenge us to do. Whether your Yoga is Zen or service. Whatever it is. If you can surrender yourself…what the Buddhists call the ego… you are really practicing a kind of Bhakti…a kind of devotion…where everything is surrendered to the divine. The work that you do, for example, is surrendered. Your sense of control is surrendered and that’s bhakti. Through prayer…through chanting….the giving up of yourself…bowing…that is really at the heart of why we bow.

    David: That’s what Namaste means?

Donna: Exactly. I bow to the divine in you and you bow to the divine in me. I can’t resist a funny story. I had a student once at the college, who said, “Oh, is that what they say at the end of Yoga class?…I thought they were saying ‘have a nice day.’”

    David: Well, just slightly similar.

Donna: And that’s why we say, “Sat Nam,” too. Acknowledging the divine light within you. Which is no different than the true divine light within me.

    David: What is a Kriya?

Donna: A Kriya is an action. It’s related to the word Karma, which just means action, or if you prefer, cause and effect. And so, in the context of Kundalini Yoga, a Kriya is a self-contained action which takes the form of a series of exercises or sometimes even one single self-contained exercise, like Sat Kriya, which is just one thing done in a very specific way, to facilitate a specific and predictable result. Cause and effect.

David: And a Kriya contains within it both a posture (asana) and breathing and sound.

Donna: In the context of Sat Kriya, that’s kind of the wowie zonkers of Kriyas. It’s got mantra…actually there is not much movement…there’s breathing, there’s mantra, there’s mudra. It’s not always action in terms of dynamic movement. But you are moving energy. So, there is that unseen element. Like…we were talking about trees…the roots are just as dynamic and expansive as the branches and leaves. There is this unseen component, which constitutes the active part.

David: Talk a little bit about mantra and why that is necessary and beneficial.

Donna: Yes, we use mantra a lot in Kundalini Yoga. Mantra is a sacred sound. And the wise ones, the seers in ancient India—they were called the rishis. They were the ones who had a longing to know God. They were the seekers. And in their enlightened state, they received these sacred sounds that we call mantra.

And so, when we repeat those sacred sounds we are using the vibrational component of the sound to experience what they experienced. So, we think of the sacred sound more as a vibration than as a sound in the ordinary sense. It’s a vibration like Om. Or…Aum. And we are vibrating that sacred sound again so as to facilitate the vibration within our body and the awakening within our soul. And to experience the state of samadhi as those ancient seers experienced.

David: Is there a difference between chanting and mantra?

Donna: Well, when you chant, you are chanting the sacred sound and you are giving your body a chance to resonate. And when we chant we are using three components. Projection. So, we project from our belly with intention, and through our heart with devotion.

The second component is pronunciation. Om . Bouncing the tongue off the roof of our mouth where we have all those acu-points, so as to send signals to the hypothalamus. So, there is the projection, there is the pronunciation and then, there is the repetition.

And so, when we chant mantra over and over again, we are using that third part, the repetition, so as to set up those conditions, to create a steady rhythm and vibrate that sacred sound.

David: How does chanting or mantra help to quiet the mind?

Donna: Yes. I’ll use another analogy. Have you seen those ice sculptures at events, like wedding receptions or something like that? Imagine putting a warm knife through it—it would slice right through that ice sculpture, so easily and without effort. And that is sort of what a mantra does to our bothered minds. Our mind gets to ruminating and into non-stop chatter and we drive ourselves crazy sometimes, with worried thoughts or anxious thoughts…repeated conversations or things we have to do, or just repeating the past. A lot of it is nonsense or judgment thoughts. Sometimes there just is no quieting the mind. Sometimes it keeps you up at night.

But imagine…like the ice sculpture…imagine a warm blade. It cuts right through that chatter in a way that nothing else can. It’s effortless and you can’t use brawn or might or muscle. You can’t will yourself to stop thinking. But if you can surrender and chant with your heart…and do nothing else but sing the sacred song, it cuts right through it. None of it appears relevant anymore. You don’t have to try anymore—it’s effortless. And the mind comes to that still point…samadhi.

David: How has Yoga transformed and changed your life?

Donna: Not as you might think. Again, for me—and everybody’s experience is different and that is what is so beautiful because Yoga is so all inclusive in that all paths are celebrated…your path might be different than my path, yet we are both yogis.

My path came to life when I was chanting at the foot of my teacher. It sounds almost poetic, so as to be corny. And when I gave myself over to chanting…chanting actually is my path…and when I chanted with all my heart, everything kind of crystalized and I knew at that moment what I was supposed to be doing. And my purpose became clear. And all of my worries faded away. All of my fears became less potent. They lost their grip on me. It’s not that they disappeared but they lost their emotional charge. And through a single tear that fell from my left eye…I surrendered and I just chanted the sacred mantra with my teacher. And a kind of joy and a kind of expansiveness and a kind of surrender came over me. And that is all there was to it. And since then, I have known that my form of Yoga is bhakti…prayer. Chanting. And that is how it changed my life. I surrender now. I trust. I’m more willing to get out of my own way. And to let go of my artificial state of control.

    David:
What does Awakening have to do with the present moment?

Donna: Because the present moment is the gateway, or the portal to what we call Awakening. It’s where we find the door.

David: To me, it’s the portal or the gateway to the infinite.

    Donna
    : Yes.

    David: To the oneness.

    Donna:
    That’s right.

David: Is there anything else you’d like to share with our Awaken Community?

Donna: That it’s not about perfection. It’s about putting one foot in front of the other. That is why we call it a practice. Because we never master putting one foot in front of the other and that’s never been the goal. It’s not about perfection. Celebrate your quirks and celebrate the practice. And that happens right here and now. Wherever you are. However you are. All the quirks and the funny things about you. Celebrate those, too. It’s not about perfection.

David: Is diet important for you?

Donna: It is, but not obsessively so. This physical vessel is here to serve us, so we tend to it and care for it like we would our garden. Not to the point of rigidity. Because anytime we become rigid, then we squeeze the joy out of life. And we don’t want to do that.

David: What kind of diet do you usually have?

Donna: One that doesn’t cause harm to living creatures—to my friends.

David: And I would assume that means animals.

Donna: That means animals—my dearest friends here on earth.

    David: We’re animals too.

Donna: We are. Sometimes we are the scary ones. And it’s up to us to be good stewards for the beautiful little creatures that depend on us. And I’m a fierce protector of those creatures.

David: As we all should be. What would you say your life purpose is? Just generally, what do you think the purpose of life is? And specifically, what do you think your life purpose is?

Donna: It’s like my spiritual name Dhanpal, which means, one who shares her spiritual wealth. It’s up to me to share my experiences and the lessons I’ve learned, and am learning, along the way. I’m not perfect but I share what I’ve learned. We are all kind of hiking up together and reaching out and pulling each other along.

David: Can you talk a little bit about the ups and downs of your own awakening? I know through my own experiences that it’s not all up.

    Donna
: Oh god, it’s two steps back and one step forward. To see it all as God’s play. Or as one of my beloved teachers, Carolyn Myss puts it, “to be able to step into the chaos” and not assume that the chaos is contrary to God’s plan. It’s all part of it. Embrace it all.

    David: Any last words?

Donna: I think that’s about all.

    David
    : Thank you so much.

Thymus – The Seat of the Human Soul By Suniva Snowe

Our Thymus Seems to Die as We Age. Can We Put a Stop to it?

Our physio-energetic body is supplied with life energy through a number of major and minor chakras. Each of them nourishes and regulates a specific area of our being. One chakra less often spoken of than the commonly referenced seven major ones is the thymus or higher heart chakra. It is located halfway between the heart and the throat chakras, behind the breast bone. In literature, you will find it depicted in soft pink, teal or white.

    The physical thymus

On a physical level, the higher heart chakra, also called the ascended heart chakra, is connected with an intriguing organ: the thymus gland. The latter forms part of our lymphatic system and sits wedged between the heart and the sternum. Its prominent job is to support our immune response by producing T-leukocytes. These white blood cells perform two major tasks. Firstly, they distinguish inoffensive body cells from intruding pathogens.

    Where is the Thymus?

    Where is the Thymus?

Secondly, they fend the pathogens off. The thymus is most active during childhood and adolescence, which is when it supplies the young organism with the full repertoire of T-leukocytes it will need in life. The T-cells are then distributed throughout the lymphatic system, where they await their future use. Towards the end of puberty, the thymus reaches its maximum size and weight.

During adulthood, it pares back its production of T-cells and goes into atrophy. After it stops working, usually around the age of fifty, we have to make do with whatever T-cells are still surviving in our body to combat illness. By the time we reach old age, the thymus gland has virtually disintegrated into the surrounding tissues.

    Overcoming cellular dementia

This decay is called thymic involution. We humans experience it along with all other vertebrates on the planet: mammals, birds, amphibians, fish, and reptiles. As a result, our immune response slacks as we get older. We become more susceptible to infections, cancer and autoimmune disease, which occurs when insufficiently discerning leukocytes destroy our own body cells because they mistook them for pathogenic attackers.

    Involuted thymus

    Involuted thymus

Our T-cells seem to experience some sort of cellular dementia. Apparently, the productivity of the thymus depends greatly on its hormonal environment. Research suggests that the hormonal ecosystem of the adult human organism, which is different from the one generated by the infantile body, causes the gradual degeneration of the thymus gland. External stressors such as malnutrition, psychological crises or sudden trauma can precipitate thymic involution, probably through the hormonal turmoil these situations provoke.

Given the sensitivity of the thymus gland to hormonal changes, some lines of medical research are inquiring whether thymic involution could be halted or even reversed through hormone therapy. However, little is known about the long term effects and biochemical ramifications of such interventions. Possibly, they would summon more devils than they get rid of.

    How the thymus ages

    How the thymus ages

    Maintaining our thymus

The internet is sprinkled with articles claiming euphorically that controlling the thymus gland equals possessing the fountain of youth. Authoritative proof is still missing. Why the thymus gland quits its service in the first place, when seemingly it would be best if it remained fully active throughout life, is under discussion.

On the one hand, it could be argued that, if thymic involution has been positively selected in so many different species across the animal kingdom, there must be a trade-off advantage science simply has not identified yet. On the other hand, it would not be the first time human beings tweak biology and extend their lifespan through artificial means. Could our thymus gland survive and benefit us for longer if we found out how to give it better maintenance?

Can we thrive by maintaining our thymus?

Can we thrive by maintaining our thymus?

    The energetic thymus

From a holistic perspective, there is more to human health than just biological interactions. We are energy, our physical bodies included. Energetically, the thymus is linked to the higher heart chakra, which is often described as “seat of the soul”. It represents the transpersonal aspect of the heart, that is, unconditional divine love.
Unconditional love is free of ego, therefore a healthy higher heart facilitates spiritual growth and deep inner transformation.

Opening our thymus chakra enhances our willingness to forgive and to show compassion. Unlocking it corresponds to flinging open a window for your soul to work through in the material world. Often, people who get in touch with their ascended heart will desire to hand its gifts on to others because, as receptacles of divine love, they also feel it flowing from them like water from a spring.

    The thymus chakra

    The thymus chakra

In fact, the act of giving always originates in the heart. Our language demonstrates we know this intuitively, as phrases such as “I give this to you with all my heart” indicate. Thus, healing work and other means of giving love are naturally pursued by those with an open ascended heart. Materially, we give with our hands, which are energetically associated with the heart. We use our hands to provide for our loved ones, craft presents for them, feed them, comfort and caress them.

Across different times and cultures, numerous methods of laying on of hands have been devised for healing, and the hand has been considered a symbol of divine protection and blessing. Our hands are our most used tool for spreading the many expressions of love coming through our hearts from the Source.

Some say the thymus chakra responds especially well to sound therapy, given its proximity to the sternum, which acts as a sound board and amplifier of acoustic vibrations. If we look back at the tens of thousands of years during which bone has been a preferred material for the manufacture of musical instruments thanks to its resonance characteristics, we can see the idea has its raison d’être.

    Sound therapy for the heart

    Sound therapy for the heart

It is also reflected in a variety of folk tales that seem to have evolved from the same basic plot: the breast bone of a youth who was drowned by their sibling in competition for a lover is carved into a harp which later sings the truth about the committed fratricide. Interpreting the tale from a metaphysical viewpoint, we could say: “Heart is a messenger of Truth capable of transcending the machinations of ego.”

Interestingly, the higher heart chakra is said to hold a record of traumatic or painful events, which adds yet another fascinating dimension to the subliminal content of this ancestral narration. Our everyday lives, too, reflect the relationship between heart and sound. Who has not noticed a certain piece of music touch their heart or influence their mood?

Healing trauma stored in the heart

Healing trauma stored in the heart

    Awakening our thymus

Both listening to and making music are cathartic to our emotional state. It awakens dormant feelings from hibernation, helping to process, to externalize and to clear them. Worldwide, medical facilities offer music therapy to make their patients get back in touch with themselves and open up to their surroundings through playful acoustic interaction. So, for a thriving thymus chakra, listen to music, sing like nobody is hearing, dance like nobody is watching or play a musical instrument.

Other than musical activity or sound therapy, there is a vast range of energetically nourishing practices to choose from. Methods combining movement, breath and meditation, like yoga, qi gong or tai chi, stimulate the flow of energy in general, but can also be focused on specific chakras. The same goes for energy healing work like reiki, where a practitioner directs life energy into the recipient´s body – through their hands, mind you – in order to dissolve blockages and recharge depleted energy resources.

    Qi gong for the thymus

    Qi gong for the thymus

Reiki can be applied to the client’s entire energetic network or concentrated on selected chakras in spot treatments. The list of energy healing methods could be continued ad infinitum. Which one you choose depends on your personal preferences and on practical considerations such as availability in your area and affordability.

    The physio-energetic link

How do energy healing practices relate to the physical thymus? Will any of them preserve it from declining with age? The most educated suggestion to make is that, at least, they should help keep our organism functioning to the best of its capacities for as long as biology allows. It is important to remember that humanity´s longing for eternal life on earth is not always constructive, but can deviate into a desperate ego rampage.

Can exercises stop the thymus from aging?

Can exercises stop the thymus from aging?

The soul has other values and a broader perception than our incarnated self, so remaining eternally earthbound might not be what it needs or desires. For all we can know at this point in time, we eventually have to return to the Source, and our biology is responding to this necessity by helping us let go gradually through the process of aging. Learning to understand biological death as a natural transition, rather than as a sentence of doom, is a cultural task we are facing on a personal and on a societal level.

Accomplishing it would bring us closer to inner peace than any chemical or surgical intervention ever could. Metaphorically, our thymus is teaching us that embracing impermanence is a vital part of growing and progressing through the cycles of our existence. Growth only comes with change, and change is letting go instead of clinging on. We need to discern when we are fighting a fair battle, and when we are seizing forcefully what is not ours to take. This is the challenge of free will.

Embracing the nature of birth and death

Embracing the nature of birth and death

    Health on all levels

On this note, the highest service we can render to ourselves is to take responsibility for our health on all levels. Nourish and protect your physical body, your emotional being, your mind and your spirit. Strive for optimization instead of perfection. Doing so may neither afford you eternal youth nor guarantee you to become the proud owner of a teenager’s thymus gland in a seventy-year-old body, but you will achieve the most fulfilled life you are capable of. That’s not a bad deal.

Soul Breathing Spiritual Light and the Art of Self-Mastery by Carrie L’Esperance

An exploration of the multidimensional interplay between body, mind, and spirit

    • Identifies the frequencies that support life and the dissonant frequencies incompatible with life, such as the imbalances of EMFs

    • Explains how to cultivate higher consciousness by building a strong light body

    • Includes techniques and exercises for psychic cleansing, physical and emotional detox, chakra and aura strengthening, and oracular dreaming

Civilization has reached a critical threshold in time unlike any other. Whether life continues to evolve or devolve depends upon our ability to reach higher states of consciousness en masse. This requires calling upon the transformative power of the soul–a power not handed to us, but earned. We are living proof that the physical and spiritual realms of existence work together in unity. Yet for many of us our natural soul light and inner spiritual intuition are suppressed due to the distractions of day-to-day living and the electromagnetic pollution of our screen-filled technological world.

In this exploration of the multidimensional interplay between the body, mind, and spirit, Carrie L’Esperance reveals how we can restore the flow of spiritual light in everyday living through the art of self-mastery. She explains how technology has severely reduced humanity’s natural abilities and spiritual power. She shows how EMFs and wi-fi toast our energetic bodily systems and suppress our immune systems, blocking the ethereal frequencies of light and suppressing our creative intuition and higher powers. Detailing the spiritual bio-geometry of light and the holographic principle, she explores how the cells of our bodies receive light’s deeper vibratory frequencies to support conscious evolution and soul development as well as explaining near-death and out-of-body experiences. She identifies the dissonant energies that endanger mind/body health and reveals new advances in brain science that allow us to transcend the malign influences that hamper human evolution. She provides exercises and techniques for spiritual alignment and receptivity, including psychic cleansing, physical and emotional detox, chakra and aura strengthening, and oracular dreaming.

Preparing us for the new cosmology and the greater community of worlds that is being revealed, L’Esperance shows that when we are properly connected with our soul’s intelligence and cultivate the reception of higher frequencies of consciousness, then we are able to soul breathe, to absorb more pranic energy, the electromagnetic force and cosmic radiation that is the sustaining element of all life and consciousness.

Carrie L’Esperance has spent more than 25 years studying the healing systems of the world’s cultures. A certified iridologist and former gourmet food professional, the author now specializes in helping clients discover the individual nutritional requirements that will allow them to feel and function at their best. She lives in San Francisco.

    EXCERPT

    Chapter 5

    The Alchemy of Destiny

One definition of Alchemy is the knowledge of how to keep all things in life in creative balance through transmutation. That which we aspire toward must be undertaken with a quiet passion day by day. Willpower and ardent desire to align with Spirit combined with persistence is the starting point of self-mastery. It is important to establish that all things do not contain Spirit. Some things are void of Spirit. No experience that influences us through higher spiritual forces can be harmful.

There is a silent and supportive power that aligns with those who do not lose hope in the face of discouragement. Conversely, the presence of destructive emotions will generate a dissonant frequency that destroys one’s sense of justice and fairness if not controlled through the chemistry of the mind. Thought backed by a strong desire tends to transmute itself into its physical equivalent.

    ADDICTION TO DISTRACTION

Distraction is a pre-eminent condition of the age that many people struggle with. It is reasonable to enjoy a certain amount of distraction in one’s life. However, addiction to distraction creates an obstruction to the deeper self. It is a form of self-avoidance and a denial of how one is really feeling about life. It is difficult to enjoy a moment of peaceful insight when there is a defending and impenetrable wall of distraction driven by an erratic state of mind. If we cultivate the courage to simply be with the experience, however unpleasant . . . it enhances the clarity and deeper understanding of life’s lessons in a constructive manner.

Some people are so accustomed to noise and distraction that the subtle path of the Soul goes unnoticed. It is possible to become addicted to stress and the need to fill each day with methodical busyness and empty moments. Regular peaceful interludes sharpen and balance the mind as well as maintain flexibility in one’s perceptions, so it is imperative to avoid the things that hold you back and waste your life energy. The power of spiritual insight is what gives people strength in challenging times, and even though our thoughts and emotions may become contaminated, we can heal ourselves. Time, energy, and attention are necessary for learning greater things if we are to escape the shadow of these times and mend our world.

When people feel afraid to be alone, they are not connected to their Soul–to who they really are, which is an extraordinary spiritual being creatively expressing in a temporal world. Taking the time to be with the deeper awareness of who we really are and what we are feeling is a form of self-realization. Self-realization establishes what action we must take. Is there something in our awareness that is recurring and attempting to get our attention in the silence beyond the distraction? Without this deeper connection, life tilts toward becoming more chaotic and self-destructive.

When people are afraid to feel, it is because the personal mind is not engaged with the Spiritual Mind. Honoring and implementing our spirituality assists us in surmounting the difficulties and challenges of life. In a material world we can become disillusioned by the overwhelming array of things to do, places to go, and people to see. The hand held digital devices that people are obsessed with, also attempt to capture minds and sway attentions away from the deeper processes of thought.

Amidst our distractions can we rescue a world in decline? If our obsession with distraction and technology surpasses our quest for spiritual evolution, the demand for materialistic possessions will be all consuming. How will we balance busyness with quietness and sustained concentration? Will productivity prove to be constructive or destructive? Do our activities propel us toward spiritual advancement or do they hinder our progress?

In an increasingly technological society, people are becoming less aware of the interior energies that move them from Light to dark and dark to Light, and so deciphering these energies is an exercise in selfawareness. It is you who is in command of your own thought processes. No one else can do this for you.

    PSYCHIC CLEANSING

When we are aware of weak areas in our thoughts, words, and deeds, it is necessary to conquer all adverse frequencies through strengthening Spiritual Power. The ability to bring forth Divine Principle pays great dividends. Daily deep reflection will help pinpoint adverse emotions and in turn will assist the process of reversing the negative effects. Centering conscious awareness upon one’s deeper spiritual union, thanksgiving, gratitude, and constructive thoughts will support the greater purpose, talents, and journey of the accomplished individual.

It takes patience and perseverance to clear the field of consciousness of useless weeds that are difficult to uproot. Yet, when the field of consciousness is reseeded, the indestructible Soul, hidden within the perishable Earthly body sprouts forth, yielding the fruits of more meaningful activities, fulfillment, and the sensation of being profoundly touched deep inside. It is liberation through harmonization of the mental processes with the power of Spirit. The essence of this harmonization is produced electromagnetically.

Thoughts that generate a pulsed electromagnetic field producing electricity or vitality create a magnetic resonance of Light. When the brain’s pulsed frequency matches the tissues and organs of the body, and when they are in resonance, there is an enhancement of molecular action, which is a catalyst for health and wellbeing. Spiritual guidance reveals itself when the individual is open and ready to align with the higher purpose of connecting with it, and the natural flow of communication that manifests through the inner being is enhanced.

Conversely, the downward spiral of sickness and disease is also greatly affected by one’s vibratory level. Centering conscious awareness helps to illustrate how the spiral is a living thread that can lead us to different levels of vision and energy. Spiritual attainment has purpose when it is grounded in matter, in who we are, and what we work toward, or away from, in a conscious manner.

The Energies of Love: Invisible Keys to a Fulfilling Partnership by Donna Eden (Author), David Feinstein (Author), Jean Houston (Foreword)

The bestselling authors of Energy Medicine and Energy Medicine for Women present a complete program for using energy medicine to heal and strengthen romantic relationships.

A relationship begins with the meeting of two unique energies. This union of energies, though invisible, determines the way you communicate, fight, love, and want to be loved. In this groundbreaking book, the bestselling authors of Energy Medicine draw on the real-life experiences of couples who have attended their popular “Energies of Love” workshops, as well as their own experience as husband and wife, to show how an understanding of your energy system and that of your partner can help you build a more harmonious and loving bond.

We all have different ways of making sense of the world around us, but when faced with conflict, especially with those we care most about, we tend to revert to one of four “Energetic Stress Styles”:

    – Visuals are extremely passionate and inspire others to care about the things they care about, but in moments of conflict, their take on the situation can overshadow what is actually occurring, undermining their ability to empathize with their partner.
    – Kinesthetics are generous, compassionate, and accepting of other people, but their caring nature pulls them in too many directions. They try to meet others’ needs at the expense of their own, which can cause mounting resentment.
    – Digitals are rational and principled and have a gift for quickly understanding complex situations, but they can become closed to others’ perspectives and feelings.
    – Tonals have a gift for understanding others and their dilemmas, but during moments of conflict, their ability to read between the lines can morph into hearing what was never said, felt, or thought.

According to the authors, the strongest relationships are those in which the two parties feel that they are partners on a shared spiritual journey. By helping you better understand your own unique energy system, as well as that of your partner, you will be able to recognize your strengths as a couple-¬and avoid the pitfalls. The Energies of Love serves as a powerful resource for anyone who wishes to build a rich partnership while maintaining the spark that keeps a relationship exciting.

Donna Eden is among the world’s most sought-after, authoritative, and joyous spokespersons for energy medicine. Her abilities as a healer are legendary. She has taught some eighty thousand people worldwide how to understand the body as an energy system.

David Feinstein, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist, has served on the faculty of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and has received nine national awards for his books on consciousness and healing. Donna and David’s bestselling Energy Medicine has been translated into eighteen languages.

In this century we have come to believe that it is possible and that there may be a way to “access” this universal knowledge through a lost system which perhaps the ancient wise men had developed and applied to answer the fundamental questions: “Who are we? What are we? Where do we come from?”

I believe the answer to further soul development lies between these pages.

Home at Last: A Journey Toward Higher Consciousness – by Sarada Chiruvolu (Author), Amma Sri Karunamayi (Foreword)

Home at Last explains specific landmarks that we encounter during the journey toward enlightenment, based on the author’s direct experience.

The book also lets readers know what they can expect when confronting the mysterious, awakened inner force called kundalini. It explains how our outlook and goals change radically as kundalini directs our day-to-day life. Part spiritual memoir, part meditation handbook, Chiruvolu’s writings are clear and accessible yet contain profound spiritual insights covering:

    • The nature of prana, or vital life force; how to increase its presence in our system; and the process of transmitting pranic energy from teacher to student.
    • Detailed information on the important roles of diet, exercise, and training the mind in preparation for the journey of realization.
    • The physical and psychological challenges one can expect during the extended process of awakening.
    • Possible impediments to raising the energy, and how to transcend them.
    • How to adapt to living and working with this powerful new energy in the context of everyday life.

In most external ways I am no different from the billions of people who share the earth today. I was 14 when I left India and made US my permanent residence. Although I spent most of my years in the States, my Eastern cultural roots have remained well established. After completing all my studies I worked many years with various pharmaceutical companies and other medical industries, married, and raised a family while leading a normal life.

I traveled extensively with my husband and two daughters, lived overseas for several years in Costa Rica, Venezuela, and Nigeria, and visited India only occasionally in the ensuing years.

Until nine years ago, I never considered myself primarily a spiritual person. But my interest in Reiki healing led me into meditation, which soon became the driving passion of my life. I left a pharmaceutical career to pursue a spiritual calling. So I set out on a unique journey that has taken me toward attaining realization of Self or Enlightenment through many years of deep meditation.

I began looking for a teacher with whom I could consult about the path to higher consciousness, and discovered an enlightened sage from South India named Amma Karunamayi, who teaches frequently in the West. I traveled to India to take the first of three two-week retreats at her ashram, and her intensive guidance accelerated my progress along the path. Over the years since, I continue to lead a normal family life dedicating my time involving myself in various philanthropic pursuits or in some form of social service where I can make a difference.

My calling now is to tell the extraordinary story of my journey by relaying authentic information and detailed descriptions of the evolutionary process of consciousness that I experienced. I feel that this can be of use to certain advanced seekers, while stimulating the curiosity of the general public. Reliable information can come only from those who have experienced it directly.

Marie is an energy medicine healer who is the perfect bridge between conventional and holistic medicine. She was raised in a family that appreciates preventive medicine, including the importance of eating nutritional organic foods and taking healthy supplements. Yet, it was during her work as an oncology nurse that she discovered and developed her skills as an energy medicine practitioner. The hospital turned out to be the ideal place to understand the energetic relationship between health and disease.

A self taught healer, Marie learned to connect conventional medicine’s understanding of disease–as it was described in a patient’s chart–to what she could intuitively understand about how a patient’s condition related to his or her energy system. Over time, she learned to identify stagnant energy–a sign of disease–and move it out of the body, making room for free healthier energy to move in and work its healing magic. Freely flowing energy can release pain, disease, and help people move in a positive direction–toward health, wealth, and fulfilling relationships and careers. Marie also discovered she is a medium, with the ability to connect with those living on the other side. She uses her talents as an energy medicine practitioner and as a medium to help people heal their wounds and expand consciousness.

Marie’s private practice, which grew by word of mouth, now includes thousands of clients from across the world. She is a public speaker, teacher, and leads a mentoring program for others interested in the field of energy medicine. Her weekly radio show, Where Energy and Medicine Meet, on 1150AM KKNW, is wildly popular. Marie’s first book Intuitive Self-Healing will be released on March 1st 2012 by Sounds True along with a 6-CD series How to Communicate with Your Spirit Guides. She lives in Kirkland, Washington.

    Working with Animal Chakras

“The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi

As the vibration of the chakra energy system creates in human beings the projections of auric field and extra-physical bodies; the same occurs with our animal friends. The same type of vibration also creates an aura around them with luminous smoky tone. The animal chakra system also has the ability to emit different colors that will, depending on the shape and intensity, carry very different meanings.

The colors schemes of the animal chakra system are similarly situated as the human system is, and have practically and substantially the same functions as human chakras. What differs is that most forms of animals are quadrupeds and the alignment of chakras is positioned horizontally.

In animals, the energy field is usually wider. This condition is due to its natural survival instinct and they tend to absorb much more sensory information than humans. They receive and distribute energy through the chakras individually, which makes them sensitive to subtle vibrations and atmospheric changes.

Some animals, for instance, become agitated before a thunderstorm or an earthquake; they are able to experience different kind of vibrations that humans are incapable of perceiving.

Most animals have 8 major active chakras, 21 secondary or minor chakras and 6 buds, known as Bud Chakras (4 in footpads and two openings in the ears). The eight main chakras play an important role in general behavior of the animals and they are stimulated by a variety of ways. Animals often rub their bodies on trees, objects, and the floor and even in people, in order to activate them or balance them.

    Energy Balancing

Anything that causes a lock, or the obstruction or disruption in the flow of subtle energy, in one or more chakras can lead to disease. This is a holistic truth that is widely accepted by all energetic healers. The etheric body, as well as the chakras can become blocked, affecting the flow of energy in the animal. The disease is generally perceived in the subtle bodies before they manifest in the physical body.

An animal that has suffered physical trauma, mental or emotional abuse often may not always be able to repair the imbalance energy, thereby allowing physical illness to manifest.

The chakras of the animals can be harmonized through various methods or therapies, which are based on the energy balance and purpose of each chakra. In general, the balance of the whole body of the animal is done in all the chakras, beginning with the root chakra at the base of the tail, or the brachial chakra. The corresponding treatments can be done by means of acupuncture, color therapy, reiki, and flower remedies.

Acupuncture in animals, for example, has been shown to be a beneficial treatment for diseases of the nervous, reproductive, respiratory and heart (circulatory) systems. It is known to relieve the physical pain, to promote wellness, providing balance, which gives the animal a better quality of life. Also working with the animal chakras can be a resourceful way as a preventive treatment, as it is primarily indicated for elderly animals suffering from chronic pain and which are more sensitive to medications; among these, it is worth mentioning also the animals in cancer treatment and animals with spinal problems.

Physiology of Chakras in Animals: Location and Function

    The Root Chakra:

Located on the bottom end of the spinal cord, near the tail region and is also associated with the anus. Its function is to supply energy to the adrenal glands. It is connected to the instinct of survival and preservation; with physical strength, stability and good cheer. It is from this chakra that come their instinct for communication, such as barking, purring, howling, grunting, and snorting. The color of this chakra is also red.

    The Sacral Chakra:

This energy point is located both below the abdomen and above the pelvis. Its functions are related to the urinary system and sex organs. The glands are the gonads (ovaries and testicles). Energetically it is related to the excitement, sexual desire, security and sense of taste. Its color is Orange.

    Plexus Chakra – Solar Plexus:

This system is located in the central area of ??the abdomen and reflecting actively in the back. The gland is the pancreas and is directed related to the organs responsible for digestion and liver. This chakra is linked to the strength, purpose and origin. Inevitably the performance of this chakra is directly affected by the emotions of the animal. Its color is yellow.

    Heart Chakra:

This vortex if located in the central area of ??the chest of the animals. It plays an important role in the immune system and is associated with the heart and lungs. It represents the chakra of compassion and love. Just as humans, the animals are also pursuing the Christic template of ascension and transcendence and the Heart Chakra is vital for the development of their evolutionary framework.

It is associated with emotion, balance, sensitivity and sharing. Its color is light green.

    Throat Chakra:

Located in the throat and is related to the thyroid and parathyroid glands. It represents the system of communication, creativity and expression. It connects the functions of the hearing and vocalization. Its color is sky blue.

    Brow Chakra:

This center is located between the eyes, just above the nose. It is their sensory reception of the external environment and its transmission to the brain. It works as an auxiliary system to biological control. It is associated with awareness, sensitivity and the sensations. Their colors are blue, indigo and violet.

    Crown Chakra:

This chakra just like in humans is located on top of the head and controls all aspects of body and mind animal. It governs the pineal gland, the nervous system and spinal cord. This represents the higher connection of matter with the superior Devic strength that governs the lives of the animals. It is associated with serenity, balance, peace, liberation and wisdom. Its color is violet.

Brachial Chakra or Chakra Key: The Eighth Chakra

This is the main chakra for any animal. It is located in the shoulder area of ??each of the sides. It is the access channel to the other major chakras. This chakra plays an important role in the bond between animals and their humans. It is associated with the brachial plexus, the nerves of the head, neck and thorax. Its color is black. It is not a negative tone of black; it is black because it incorporates in itself all the vibrations of the system.

You can access the entire energy field of the animal quickly, putting a hand on this Chakra. Anatomically, this Chakra accesses the Brachial Plexus Nerve, an important network of innervation of the head, neck and chest.

It also can access all other Chakras, which is useful in the treatment of an animal that is very nervous and will not tolerate being touched anywhere else. In very sensitive animals, one can do an energy treatment only by contact with this specific area.

    Understanding the Chakras

The Brachial Chakra is the main center of power in all animals and refers to the interaction between humans and animals. Animals that have a strong and healthy bond with their human companions usually have this chakra very pulsating and vibrant.

Interestingly enough, the root chakra along with the solar and crown remain open from birth to death of the animals. The others are opened or closed in accordance with the stimulation given to each one of them.

The bud-chakras and other minor chakras appear as rings of light with various colors mixed with white sparks. The ears are described as pale yellow in color, alternating with bright blue when awake or stimulated.

The bud-chakras are found in each paw (paddy, underside, etc.) and the opening of the base of each ear. They connect the animal with the energy of the earth and are extremely sensitive to subtle changes on vibration energy. When there is a point of positive energy (cats: negative), the animals lie on it to absorb the good energy through solar and root chakras.

The 21 minor chakra systems in animals regulate the sensorial systems and can be found throughout the body. The most important are the tip of the nose, tail and ears. The “sixth sense” of animals emanates these chakras.

The 12 Chakras of Cats We have no doubt that Cats are special animals, even under the energetic point of view, because they have the ability to suck the negative energies from the environment, and transmute them inside of their auric fields. Probably this is the best explanation why they spend many hours sleeping and processing and also why they have 12 major chakras. The Cat’s gland system is quite similar in location to the dogs with no additional glands. Because there are more Chakras, one can see that the cat is a being energetically special.

The Cardiac Chakras make a triangle. One of the points (green) is close to the heart of another and another Thymus/ Spinal Dorsal.

Yellow dots – the most dorsal region is somewhat kidney and pancreas.

White Point: there is the Brachial Plexus which is a crossroads of nerves, lymph and blood vessels.

Soul of Light: Works of Illumination ~Joma Sipe

Soul of Light: Works of Illumination is a collection of over 100 works of vibrant, full-color visionary art that transmits an inner spiritual feeling and message, influenced by sacred geometry and a multitude of esoteric and spiritual traditions. Portuguese artist Joma Sipe’s focus in each of his paintings is light – not the ordinary light of day, but the light of spiritual illumination.

For each piece, Sipe begins with thin silver or gold ink pen on a blank canvas. He then energizes certain points in the drawing with crystals. Finally, he adds light and soft-color computer effects to achieve an ethereal quality

Since childhood, Sipe has been influenced by painters of the late nineteenth-century Symbolist Movement. He feels profoundly connected with early Theosophist H. P. Blavatsky and has also studied Rudolf Steiner, Eliphas Levy, G. I. Gurdieff, the contemporary Gnostics, and the spirituality of Hindu teacher Paramahansa Yogananda and Eckart Tolle, who in turn led him to A Course in Miracles.

His knowledge of occult anatomy and the chakras, meditation, alchemy and the Kabbalah contributes to the wealth of esoteric wisdom he brings to bear in his art. All helps him reflect on canvas his powerful sense of the sacred that seems to illuminate the very being of the viewer as well as of the artist and his visionary world.
Joma Sipe owns a studio in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, near Portugal. Early in his career, he painted ordinary motifs as landscapes and facades, using oils and acrylics with exuberant colors. Soon, he realized he could use his paintings to express his inner spiritual feelings and promptly began to do so.

At the age of 17, Joma saw an advertisement in the local newspaper advertizing “Meditation and Concentration Courses,” and upon arriving found himself at a mystical school called The Gnostic Movement. He stayed there for some time, learning deeper occult and esoteric knowledge about every mystical aspect of all the world’s religions and philosophies. These teachings and experiences would become the basis of all his art.

Joma’s painting process starts with a simple blank canvas, where he sits and waits for inspiration. Once this happens, he begins drawing lines with gold and silver ink, using sacred geometry to create his designs. He then uses intuition and his own inner vision to locate and enhance energy points throughout the painting.

In each work, there exists a dispersion and concentration of light that emanates from each line. The principle goal in each painting is to transmit an inner spiritual image or sacred feeling through these lines and energy points.

    WHAT IS THE UNIVERSAL TRUTH?

Why has this universal truth been hidden from the beings on this planet?

This is the biggest mystery. For over 25,000 years the Universal Truth was not available to the people of this planetary system. It is now finally being received on this planet. Deep seekers of the truth that are open minded and ready will receive it.

The higher energies of 2012 and beyond have a two fold effect. We have been stuck in a Universal Time Matrix System that has been disconnected from the higher dimension frequencies for thousands of years. Ancient Earth history shows manipulations of the planetary grids by beings from other more advanced systems (Draco-Orion, Sirius, Pleiades). The Universal Time Matrix system we are in is being manipulated. The energies of 2012 and beyond are opportunities for faster ascension and manipulation into restriction of ascension.

Higher frequency energies being transmitted by the forces of light onto this planet allow individuals that are open to receive (through opening their beliefs and mindset) to activate their higher Chakras (7 to 15), which opens their central channels (Universal Kundalini), raise their frequency and DNA between NOW (2011) and December 2012. These activations help bypass the restriction programs being activated on this planet. The restriction program energies get activated in March 2011 (force field of energy that restricts human ascension process) and is planned to go full force in December 2012. Those that do not raise their frequencies will fall into these energies and will not be able to ascend to the higher dimensions (beyond dimension 11.5). The DNA of most people on this planet has already been mutated. That is why only 3-5 DNA strands are active instead of the 12-48 DNA strands (which used to be the norm for angelic human race).

This is hard to believe. There is a lot going on in this planetary system that people are not being made aware of.

IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP AND REALIZE THE HIGHER TRUTH OF WHAT IS GOING ON.
