In this 11 minute video, Mooji helps us to remember that recognizing the “Self” only involves the dropping of ALL concepts

including concepts like Karma which only applies to the body/mind, and so many other thoughts and beliefs that the mind tries to place in the way to try to ensure its own survival as a separate entity.

Nonduality teacher Mooji describes what the nature of the Self, your real nature, is. It is closer than you are to yourself. It is your natural state. Listen to Mooji’s pointings and come closer to that which you really are – pure consciousness.

‘Mooji (born Anthony Paul Moo-Young) is a spiritual teacher / nonduality teacher, originally from Jamaica. Mooji is a disciple of the renowned Advaita master Papaji, who himself was a devotee of the advaita and non-dual master Ramana Maharshi. Mooji shares self-inquiry, directing his students to the non-dual Self by encouraging them to question who or what they are at the deepest level. One well known exercise is to identify the natural feeling ‘I am’ or ‘I exist’ and staying with this for 5 to 7 minutes at a time. Another is to come to the recognition that everything (thoughts, emotions, sensations) can be perceived, and then inquiring, “Can the perceiver itself be perceived?’

Jannecke Øinæs from Norway interviews Sri Mooji as he speaks about the most important discovery that can be made in the human kingdom and the spontaneous integration of knowledge that comes with falling in love with the Self.

“The ego is actually the fiction of our self. The fact is your inmost being.”

Advaita Vedanta Master Mooji explains how all experiences are just passing by and we as the witness remain untouched by all experiences.

In this nine minute video clip of Mooji, we find him focusing in on the “I Am” and taking a closer look at what it is and what it is not to help us come to a place of unmixed being…

We think that time is something mechanical and a fact. These great enlightened beings prove that time is just a product of the mind. You’ll also get great advice on how to live joyfully in the present moment.

Remove the Garments of Delusion – Session 1 (part 2)

This “I am the body” modification of Consciousness is causing all the trouble.
Recognize the Truth which is beyond all.

Recorded at Mooji’s flat in London

This interview with Mooji about and Neo-Advaita is a response to a recent podcast, ‘Advaita and Neo-Advaita Pros and Cons’. Mooji speaks more in depth about each of these paths, not dismissing either movement but rather pointing out the common mistakes which are made by both.

Somewhere between the two movements — the freshness of the Neo-Advaita, along with the focus, depth, and commitment of the Traditional Advaita is where knowledge and being can become one. The outcome of the inquiry which has been refreshed will be steadfastness in the Self, effortlessness, direct experience, and unshakeable and irrefutable knowledge.

True understanding brings light and space, gets rid of superstition, doubt and ignorance. Everything is washed clean by perfect understanding and true knowledge. Ultimately it’s a win-win situation; everyone has to come home.

What is a good student?

A Master in the making.

– Mooji

White Fire is a collection of some 800 sayings which encapsulate and compress Mooji’s essential spiritual teachings into pill form. These end-of-the-road pointings, when swallowed, are like divine grenades that wipe out suffering and delusion thus revealing one’s true nature as perfect and timeless being.

“Fire burns everything leaving only ashes. But there is a fire so fierce it burns even ashes — White Fire. Burn me like this, O White Fire, Grace of God, until nothing remains but You.” Although White Fire is full of wise, direct and encouraging guidance, it is not for the faint-hearted seeker who is only looking to reinforce a spiritual identity or projections. For those who come with openness and a Yes in their heart for Truth, may the white fire in this book ignite within your heart, leaving only the clear space of pure seeing and being.

The pure Self in the play we call existence gets identified with the person, then it has some affection for what I call the ‘infection’, and it deeply believes it is a person.
To walk in the forest of mind is a very unstable place.
Be bold and courageously say, ‘I am the Self’.
I am not asking you to perform any spiritual gymnastics.
Just quietly within your own being allow my words to point you to the place that you can never not be.
